Building & Property Maintenance is a multi-faceted program for students interested in a variety of hands-on learning experiences. The main areas of study include instruction on power equipment and hand tools to produce group and individual projects. The implementation of industry standard safety practices across trade areas is included in the curriculum. Employment in this field is expected to grow though 2012. There is always a need for trained, skilled workers in the construction field.
