The electrical program incorporates instruction in residential, commercial, and industrial electricity. Simulated lab units provide students with hands-on training in residential wiring, commercial installation, motor control technology with programmable logic controls, and other related electrical systems. Curriculum and training units comply with the national electrical code providing students with a strong base of electrical theory. Employment in this career field is expected to grow over the next five years, as skilled, trained people in this profession will continue to be in demand
